About
Marketing that connects the dots.
I’ve always been curious about what makes people respond. That’s probably the most consistent thread in everything I do.
I’m a marketing strategist and leader with experience helping organisations build brands, reach audiences and grow. I’ve worked across the UK, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, with organisations including ITV, Burberry, Project Management Institute, The Women’s Foundation and Chambers of Commerce.
My background spans media, education, professional services, membership, wellness and purpose-led organisations. I’ve worked across brand, strategy, digital, performance, CRM, PR, partnerships, content, events and campaigns, including multi-market work across 12+ markets.
Earlier in my career, I built a strong foundation in digital and performance marketing, including campaigns across 12 APAC markets and programmatic strategy across eight. Over time, my focus broadened into brand, integrated marketing, partnerships, communications and leadership.
That mix is where I do my best work. I can look at the bigger picture, work out what needs to happen, bring people together around it and stay close enough to the detail to make sure it gets done well.

How I work
I start with the audience, the organisation and the objective.
Research, data and customer insight help me understand who we’re trying to reach, what matters to them and what might make them act. That shapes the positioning, messaging and strategy.
From there, I look at the full marketing picture. That might mean developing a brand strategy, leading a rebrand, planning an integrated campaign, strengthening PR and communications, developing partnerships, improving digital and CRM, or bringing an event or major project to life.
I like marketing to work as a whole, rather than as a collection of separate channels. Brand should connect with campaigns. Communications should support the wider strategy. Digital, CRM, partnerships and content should all have a clear purpose.
I’m comfortable leading cross-functional teams, agencies and stakeholders across different markets, adapting the approach where needed without losing sight of the overall objective. I like working with people, giving teams clarity and ownership, and creating the space for good ideas to turn into good work.
I also stay close to the results. I use data and testing to understand what is working, what isn’t and where we can improve.
I’m AI-educated and use AI as part of my own workflow, from research and analysis to planning, content development and day-to-day efficiency. It’s a useful tool, but it doesn’t replace judgement, creativity or understanding the people you’re trying to reach.

Beyond marketing
I'm naturally interested in psychology, wellness and mental health, backed by a Relationship Psychology Diploma that informs how I think about people, behaviour and communication.
Outside work, you'll find me travelling, volunteering with animals or conservation, and exploring new places.
I'm also involved with City Girl Network, building communities, partnerships, and events across the UK, including wellness & mental health events, and a weekly co-working club.
